Peachy Keen Challenge

This weeks challenge at PKS is a photo inspiration

 I really had a hard time w/ this one, but here is what I came up with.

I used the January 2013 Stamp of the month set and the Cherub face assortment.

Cricut cartridges  used are Teddy Bear Parade and Accent essentials

Papers are DCWV Recollections and Papertrey Ink

I also used white gel pen, glitter pen and Glossy Accents

Happy Mother's Day!!

This weeks Challenge at PKS is Mother's / Grandmother's card.

It looks washed out sorry kind of cloudy here today. Looks much prettier in person.
I used the flower from the April stamp kit. I clear embossed it and the added some Distress Inks.
The label is Spellbinders Decorative labels 8
Pearls are from Recollections
MS border punch ( one of my gifts, thanks to my kids)
Papers are Recollections and Gina K. Designs
Greeting is computer generated ( Can't find my stamp. Again thanks to my kids) lol

The challenge over at MCT Designers Challenge this time is to create a set of 4 3x3 cards, for an extra challenge make them w/ a critter theme.
I've always liked the look of 3x3 cards, but have never made any.
Here's what I came up with.

I absolutly LOVE the way they came out!!! I will be sneaking these to my hubby and kids. SHHHH!!

I used Creat a Critter 2 for all my cute critters.
The sayings are all from MCT You Had Me at Chocolate stamp set
I used several different embossing folders
Cotton candy & Silver Stickles and my white gel pen.
Papers are from Papertrey Ink and Recollections

Peachy Keen Challenge

This weeks challenge over at PKS is 3D Flowers.
This didn't quite turn out how I invisioned it but I'm pretty happy with the results.

 The flowers were cut from Create a Critter 2. The faces are from the PKS Jan. Stamp of the month set, and the butterflies are from the April Stamp of the Month set.

Peachy Keen Challenge

This weeks Challenge over at PKS is Anything Goes.
I'm totally lovin' the April Stamp of the month set!! This flower is sooo SWEET!!!
I did some masking for my card. I stamped the flower on a piece of scrap paper and then cut it out. I stamped the first flower on my card and then placed my cutout over the flower I just stamped and stamped next to it but a little over the other one. I love how it looks so dimentional.

The saying is from the January stamp set.

I used the Spellbinders Oval and Parisian Accents

I cut the Parisian Accents up and hooked them onto the oval.

Love how it turned out.

Papers are Recollections, Gina K. Designs and K & Co.

I colored it w/ Prismacolor colored pencils then blended it w/ oderless mineral spirits. I also used a Sakura glitter gel pen, just to give it a little sparkle.

Paper Playtime Challenge

Paper Playtimes Challenge this week is... More than one fold.
I LOVE how this card turned out!! This is for my nieces high school graduation.

 I used Aprils Peachy Keen stamp club for the cute little bird, hat and saying.

 I used Spellbinders Decorative Labels Eight and only cut half of it and then folded it back where the cut stopped.

I also used some Liquid Pearls, I Rock gems and Stickles.
Papers are DCWV, Recollections and Gina K. Designs.

My Creative Time's Designer challenge

This Designer's Challenge at MCT is a color challenge. A rainbow of colors. We had to use at least 3 colors, but for a real challenge use all 6.
I love anything rainbow related, so I went for all 6 colors.

Sorry about the pics, it was sooo cloudy here today.
I used the Curly Labels die and only cut half of it and then folded it in the middle.

I used Alot of MCT goodies for this one, Ready?...
You Had Me at Chocolate and Inspiring Words(Accents) stamp sets
Curly Label, Stitched Curly label, Stitched Scallop Heart and Lower Case Fun dies.
