I also used a MS borded punch and the clouds are from Pooh an Friends the saying is from Pink by Designs Animated Greetings 2 Paper is from Papertrey Ink and Recollections.

Birthday Sundaes

This week is a Birthday card w/ Pearls and Lace. I LOVE how it turned out!!! I used Baby Steps, "Look whos 1" is from Pink by Design's Take the Cake set, The flower circle stamp was from Michael's $1 bin i colored it in w/ my Sakura gel pens and Diamond Stickles. The lace was blog candy I won and the pearls are Perfect Pearls. All paper is Papertrey Ink.

Whimsical Wednesdays

This week the challenge is to create a card/project that is cricutless. In addition to not using the cricut, we had to use some type of "old school" embellishment (sticker, rub-ons, chipboard, glitter...)
Two cards this week w/ NO Cricut!!! I think I'm having withdrawls!!! lol :)

I used Cuttlebug Seeing Spots folder and stamped a flower and put a Recollections sticker on top. The "thanks" is Basic Grey sticker letters, ribbon is from Joanns and  paper is Recollections and K&Company.

Cricut Cardz Challenge #75

The challenge for this week is to make a masculine birthday card using something with wheels, and any colors or cartridges you'd like.
I used Boys Will be Boys, saying was off my computer. paper is from DCWV a Papertrey Ink and my Sakura white gel pen and some Distress ink.

SOUS Challenge

First off I want to say I love, LOVE, L*O*V*E this sketch!!!! I did alot to this one so lets get started.

I used Lacy Lables and Lyrical Letters cartridges,

 Tim holtz Grungeboard swirls which I embossed w/ Distress powder in Antique Linen, I made this flower w/ some left over  lace and the blingy brad is from Recollections.

I inked the edges of everything w/ Distress Vintage Photo, and used Antique Linen to color the doiley.

I used Crushed Olive and Worn Lipstick to highlight the photo. Paper is DCWV, Basic Grey and my paper from Costco (sorry no name) "Beautiful" is a rub on and I added some more bling w/ my I Rock.

I think this is my favorite LO for now!!!! lol

PKS Challenge #51

It was a sketch w/ a twist again, the twist was to use a stamped image and pop it up.
I used Gingerbread House, Pink by Design Take the cake set, Fiskers border punch which I altered and Stickles in Diamond. I colored it w/ Prismacolor colored pencils and blended w/ Oderless mineral spirits. Easy Peasy!!!

Cricut Cardz Challenge

The challenge is to make a brand new baby card.Loved this challenge because, I had to make one anyway!! lol My girlfriend just had a baby boy.
I used New Arrival and Lacy Lables, my I Rock and the stamps were from Joanns ( sorry don't know who made them) I love this floating technique. I saw it on My Craft Spot, shes great go check her out. She sells crinckle ribbon to die for!!!

Hi!! Hope you are all having the great weather we are this week!

This is my hubby and 3 year old, When I saw these pics I almost cried. This was my daughters halloween costume, and she wears it ALL the time!! lol My husband always calls her "My little Princess"
I LOVE how this LO came out!!!
I used Wrap it Up, Once upon a Princess and Hannah Montana carts. Prima ans Recolections flowers and alot of Stickles!! I also used Liquid Pearls. Paper is Recolections, Papertrey Ink and K&Company.

My Pink Cricut Guest Designer day

Hi, My name is Maureen Reiss. I am a 42 year old, SAHM. I've been married for 11 years and have 3 children 23, 12 and 3 years old. (I know.. What was I thinking?) lol

I have been crafting for as long as I can remember. I got into scrapbooking and card making about 6 years ago, and haven't stopped yet. This week we had to make a 3D item. My son has been bugging me to make him a notebook since I got my Zutter Bind it All. I used Stand and Salute, paper is from Papertrey Ink and my stash. I love that I can turn an old cereal box into a notebook!! Recycle!!!!

Hope you're all having a BANNER day!!! I am!!! HA HA!! Sorry :)
The challenge this time was to make something w/ a banner or the banner itself. I have never made a banner before so I figured this was the perfct time to try it out!! I like the way it came out!!! In honor of Mother's Day, I made a MOM banner. I used Calligraphy Collection and Hello Kitty Font carts.  PKS Everyday Paper Doll faces, Diamond Stickles, Sakura gel pens and paper is from Papertrey Ink and K&Company. I tied them all together w/ embroidery floss.

Wow!! 50 challenges, can you belive it?!! I love this sketch, I will be using it again! The twist on this sketch is to use gold on your project. In honor of 50 challenges!!! I love gold, and I love PKS. So I went all out!!!
I used Lacy Lables and Calligraphy Collection (I just won this from 217creations)Thanks Elizabeth!. My BEE is from the PKS Faceless Bugs set. This is my new fave!!!! I stamped w/ Stazon ink and cut the wings out of the packaging from the cartridge! Recycle, RECYCLE, R*E*C*Y*C*L*E!!!!! lol
 I embossed the background w/ Pink By Design's Swirls 1 set, and the saying is from Take the Cake set. Flowers are Prima, brad and flower eyelet is from Eyelet Outlet.Paper is from DCWV and Papertrey Ink. I also used a gold paint pen and Sakura gel pens.
