Sympathy Card

Hi everyone, a couple of weeks ago one of my best friends passed away. She was the best person I have ever known. I made this card for her only son.

 I used Spellbinders Locking Loops and Rose Creations dies
Heartfelt Creations Botanical Floral 2 and Open Leaf stamps and die
The papers are Gina K. Designs and Neenah
I also used the MS branch punch, Stickles and Want 2 Scrap pearls

This is my Beautiful friend Cheryl, RIP my friend you will be missed.

Peachy Keen Challenge

Wow!! It's been a long time, it was good to play w/ my PK stamps again.
I used the sketch for my card on the peachy keen challenge

I used the Feb 2013 SOTM set for the adorable star and saying

the face is from Sweet on You face assortment

Papers are Gina K. Designs, Neenah, Echo Park and Bo Bunny.

I punched the small stars out of glitter paper, the ovals are Spellbinder dies

and the border punch is Martha Stewart

I colored the star w/ Spectrum Noir markers and added a bit of sparkle w/ Wink of Stella.

The bling is Recollections

Wedding Memories

I just wanted to share this Wedding Memories box I made.
I love how it turned out.

I used Heartfelt Creations stamps and dies for the flowers and painted the box with Viva Decor Inca Gold.

peachy Keen Challenge

Wow!! It's been a long time! I've been a little discouraged w/ my blog and myself. I'm so computer challenged, I was going through all the pics on my phone and started deleting all the pics I didn't need on my phone. Like my blog header, all the blog icons stuff like that. Well guess what? they are all gone from my computer!! DUH!!! I feel soooo STUPID!!
Oh well on to The Peachy Keen Challenge. This week is a color challenge.

I used the March 2013 SOTM set for this cute little bunny and the Happy Easter. I colored it w/ my Spectrum Noir markers, paper is Gina K. Designs, Simple Stories and Recollections.

Peachy Keen Challenge

Hi. Are you all getting the rain and storms we are here in the Chicagoland area? YUCK!!!
This weeks challenge over at PKS is 3D birthday.
Here's what I came up with...

The top was supposed to look like a bubble popping at the top of the tank.

I don't think I quite accomplished that but I'm happy w/ it anyway

Have I said yet this is THE CUTEST set EVER!!!! I LOVE it!! I just love the big eyes, soooo CUTE!!
This is the June Stamp of the monyh set
The Happy Birthday is from the January set
Papers are Recollections and DCWV
I used Glossy Accents, Distress stickles and Liquid pearls
I also spritzed the box w/ Tattered Angels.

Peachy Keen Challenge

This weeks challenge at PKS is a sketch challenge.

My hubby put a box of cookies on top of my drying eyes, and smeared the one eye. ARGGGH!!!
I used the May SOTM stamp set. LOVE this set, it's Soooooo CUTE!!!
I colored it with Prismacolor colored pencils and blended with oderless mineral spirits.
I used Spellbinders Oval and scalloped oval dies.
Papers are Gina K. Designs, Recollections and K&Co.
